Do You Need to Re-register for a Tour? Were you on a 2020 tour and need to re-register? You will receive a personal email with instructions on how to re-register for your specific tour. You will be given a two-week priority registration period from the time you receive your re-registration notice, to re-register for your re-scheduled tour or similar tour options provided. To accept the tour credit offered by TourMagination, you will need to re-register for the same tour or another tour of your choice. Please note that tour credits will not be eligible for a cash refund if you register for another tour and decide to cancel. If you need to cancel more than 121 days before the tour, we will do everything possible to help you register for another TourMagination tour. Tour members who cancel after that date for any reason, including medical reasons, are subject to the following cancellation fees: 120-90 days prior to departure: 75% of the total tour cost, less than 90 days prior to departure: 100% of the total tour cost. This cancellation policy will apply to tour credits. If you cancel your tour, your remaining tour credits will be applied as per the policy.
