European Family Heritage Adventure DAY 6

We are in the Alsace region of France. We stopped and enjoyed lunch in the beautiful village of Riquewihr. It seemed like some of the villagers might be related to the Yoder sisters. Numerous villagers had similar features of townspeople in Archbold, Ohio, the Yoder’s hometown. Their mother’s family (Eicher) originated from this region.

The countryside was laced with the beauty of green grass, fields of harvest, vineyards, ancient castles, & cathedrals/churches.

We arrived in Colmar, Germany for our final visit. We explored the ancient city center riding the tourist train.
