Crooked Tree Wildlife Sanctuary
Everyone loved the Birds Eye View Lodge and even the non birders were impressed by the variety of birds. The lodge had great food, rooms and service. People also enjoyed the boat ride near the lodge (see photo).

Caye Caulker
The weather made the ocean rough. Though the conditions were not ideal, it was not bad enough to cancel snorkeling. There were many other boats out. At night, we shared some of our Belize photos.

The group selected a nice lunch spot and then listened to a Sermon on the Beach. Our final dinner together was great. During our time of reflection on the tour, people mentioned staying at the Jaguar Creek lodge and visiting Birds Eye View, including the boat trip, as highlights. Tour members also enjoyed our visit to the Springfield Mennonite Community. We fondly remembered singing the doxology in their empty church. It was beautiful. One person mentioned the tour was a time of personal healing.
